Sat 7/16	40 miles	4.3 hr	3 laps at Versailles. Trails were sweet. 3rd lap was fastest, love it.
Thu 7/14	16 miles	1.8 hr	Recovery MTB ride. Bypassed the tech trail to keep the intensity down.
Wed 7/13	35 miles	1.8 hr	Brutal headwind for the first hour. Absolutely hammered once I turned out of it.
Tue 7/12	50 miles	3.1 hr	left at 6:30 to beat the heat. Good thing, already in the 80's when I got back.
